Implants
You can replace a missing tooth with dental implants. From a single tooth dental implant to full-mouth restorations, we can tailor treatment for you specific needs.
All-On-Four
Indicates four implants supporting a full arch of teeth. (Upper or lower) Your teeth are milled, very natural looking and very strong. All-On-Four teeth are screwed into implants for a permanent fit. All All-On-Four teeth can be placed in idea position for maximum esthetics and function. All-On-Fours is the ultimate restoration if all teeth are missing.
Locator Abutments
Implants are placed, usually two to four in an arch with locator attachments placed in the top of the implant. The denture is made with attachments that snap onto attachments on the implant. This holds the denture in place with locator attachments. The dentures are removable. Varying degrees of strength of attachment can be used for the most comfort and retention. The cost of this is less than All-On-Four.
Overdenture
Mini implants are small implants that can be used in situations where the bone is short and narrow. Usually four are placed in the bone and the attachments are cured into the denture. This provides significant retention. Mini implants are most often used with a lower denture in little bone. This is less expensive than conventional implants and the most economical way to use implants.
Single Tooth Implants
Single tooth implants can restore a lost tooth without involving other teeth in your mouth. When the tooth is extracted, or after, an implant is placed in the area of the root of the extracted tooth. Often a bone matrix is placed to help preserve and add bone. After healing an abutment and crown is placed to restore the missing tooth.
Implants to Replace Multiple Teeth
If multiple teeth are lost they can be individually replaced with single implants or an implant supported bridge can be constructed to replace multiple teeth. For example if three teeth are lost, an implant can be replaced for the front and back teeth placing a pontic (or middle tooth) to replace the three teeth with two implants.
Both bridges and removable partial dentures still have their place in today’s dentistry, but the dental implant has many more advantages for you.

Extractions/Oral Surgery

We are happy to help with restoring additional bone to create a more favorable foundation after your extraction, therefore allowing a more successful dental implant if needed or a better ridge in the case of a denture. You are able to get one-appointment root canals with new technology. We can save your severely damaged and infected teeth from extractions with a root canal treatment . It also prevents the infection from spreading to the salivary glands, oral cavity, the jaw and beyond. The roots are left in place and the tiny canals are cleaned and filled.
Crown and Bridge
Replace missing teeth and restore beauty and function. There are many reasons that a crown would be the best treatment for your mouth. Putting a crown on a tooth vs extraction will not only keep you able to chew better, but it will prevent the space from collapsing by the adjacent teeth tilting to the gap. If a tooth needs to be extracted, a bridge or a dental implant makes a satisfactory treatment choice to keep your teeth functioning.

Periodontal Treatment
All periodontal treatment from preventive care to bone and soft tissue graft procedures and surgical services. Monitoring the condition of the foundation of your teeth is a crucial preventive care service that we provide at each check up. We are able to diagnose and treat all types of gum conditions before they become too severe, keeping your mouth healthy for a lifetime.
Dentures and Partials
We have a dental laboratory on-site therefore we can repair cracked or broken denture teeth, and reline dentures on the same day. If your dentures are uncomfortable in any way, we can sometimes place dental implants to help with the denture’s retention. We can make new dentures for your worn out ones also.
Most people do not want to go without their teeth after extracting. If you choose this option, we are able to extract your teeth and place an Immediate Denture the same day of the extractions, so you are not without your teeth.
Immediate Dentures and Partials
If you still have some teeth that need to be removed we can produce a denture before the extraction so the on the day of the extractions the denture can be placed immediately in your mouth. This can be done for one tooth or many teeth.
“Flipper” Partial
The flipper partial replaces a few teeth with a removable appliance which is partially held in with the remaining teeth. The flipper partial is most often used for front teeth that are missing. Often these are made as immediate partial dentures.
Extraction and Replacement on an Existing Appliance
If a patient has an existing partial and a tooth needs to be extracted a tooth can often be added to the existing appliance. We often see the patient in the morning for an impression and are able to extract and deliver the appliance in the afternoon.
Denture Repairs
Cracks, fractures, lost teeth, and all damaged partials and dentures can usually be repaired. In our office we can do this in one day. We will need the appliance and any pieces or teeth that broke off in the morning and we can have the repair done by the afternoon. Broken and loss attachments on implant supported teeth can usually be repaired readily.
Reline of Denture and Partials
The ridges and soft tissue in your mouth are constantly changing. Most patients lose bone height and density causing the fit to change. If the denture or partial is in good shape, but the denture is loose or ill fitting, we can reline the appliance to fit the new gum shape. This may be required every one to three years, but every patient is different. In some situations a soft reline can be used.
Preventive care
We clean and examine your mouth to keep you in optimum health. Digital panorex x-rays and individual x-rays show us bone health, between teeth and under the gums.
